Plumification Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lancer Communities ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Plumification software application, including the web simulator at plumification.lancercommunities.com and all accompanying graphics, soundscapes, and digital documentation (collectively, the "Game").

If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Limited Personal License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Lancer Communities grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to:

• Access and play Plumification on compatible web browsers or personal computing devices solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment and educational study.
• Display and utilize the Game in non-profit classroom or educational tutoring environments for mental arithmetic instruction.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to Plumification—including without limitation all software source code, compiled binaries, interactive mathematical routing algorithms, procedural grid generation logic, 3D artwork, graphic emblems, sound effects, and user interface designs—are and remain the exclusive property of Lancer Communities.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Game without prior express written authorization from Lancer Communities.

4. Acceptable Use

When playing or using the Game, you agree not to:

• Circumvent or tamper with game timing engines, memory caches, or security boundaries.
• Frame, mirror, or re-host the web game within third-party monetization or advertising iframes without express permission.
• Use automated scripts or bots to manipulate leaderboard point totals or simulated flow states.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Plumification is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lancer Communities disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that gameplay will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free across all browser hardware configurations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Lancer Communities, its officers, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
