1. Overview & Commitment to Safety

Lancer Communities ("we," "our," or "us") develops educational software with a privacy-first ethos. This Privacy Policy governs your use of Plumification ("the App"), including its web edition available at plumification.lancercommunities.com and mobile installations.

Plumification is designed for users of all ages, including children under 13. We do not require registration, do not collect personal information, do not serve ads, and do not monetize user behavior.

2. Zero-Data-Collection Principle

We operate on an absolute zero-data collection standard:

When you play Plumification, no user profiles or mathematical session records are transmitted across the network. The app functions entirely within the sandbox of your client environment.

3. Local Storage Disclosure

Plumification saves limited non-personal preferences strictly within your device's local sandbox memory (such as HTML5 localStorage or local app preferences). This data never leaves your device:

• Offline High Scores & Leaderboards: Your highest points and times on "The True Hall of Fame" and "The High Scorers" boards.
• Audio & Haptic Toggles: Your sound effects volume and tactile vibration on/off preferences.
• Gameplay Settings: Your preferred default flow rate (Slow, Medium, Fast) and operation mode (Multiplication or Division).

You can erase all saved scores and settings at any time by clearing your browser cache or clearing storage in your device application settings.

4. COPPA & GDPR-K Child Protection Compliance

Plumification strictly complies with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation child safety provisions (GDPR Article 8 / GDPR-K), and the Google Play Families Policy:

• We do not knowingly collect, request, or store any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area).
• We do not condition game participation on providing personal data or viewing commercial advertisements.
• There is no chat, multiplayer messaging, public leaderboard broadcasting, or user profile sharing.

5. Third-Party Services & Advertising

Plumification contains no third-party advertising SDKs (such as AdMob, Unity Ads, or Meta Audience Network) and no third-party tracking (such as Google Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics). The game does not transmit any requests to ad exchanges or marketing brokers.
